As I remember it Sonera isnt owned just by the swedish government, but have private owners too. The government is not allowed to take any direct decisions in matters regarding Sonera. They have a normal structure as any other company. I certainly would like to see proof that the swedish government have done any wrongdoings in this issue, because that if anything would catch the attention of swedish journalists. They would love to have such a scandal to write about. Right now, this site is rather counterproductive since it is a nice marketing of Sonera.
