People do the right thing. People respect different cultural values as well as all relevant treaties, agreements and ethical standards. People treat each other as they would like to be treated themselves.

We are working hard to recover our seized earnings and assets. We plan to recognize Nordic social values by giving one-third of our seized assets to support programs for disadvantaged elderly and Diabetes research in the United States. We anticipate that another one-third or more of our seized assets will go to pay Federal and State Income and other taxes. Our team will share the remaining one-third. This approach:

GIVES GREAT RESPECT and recognition to important cultural differences;

COMPLIES WITH THE LETTER AND SPIRIT of all laws, treaties and agreements;

CREATES VALUE FOR NORDIC PEOPLE by increasing U.S. awareness of Nordic goods and encouraging research to find a cure for Diabetes;

CREATES VALUE FOR U.S. PEOPLE by helping to fund much needed social services and to pay our fair share of the taxes levied on all Americans;

GRANTS FAIRNESS AND JUSTICE to our team by treating us in the same manner as Sonera’s “most favored” New Venture management teams; and

STRENGTHENS TRADING RELATIONSHIPS Each one percent change in US imports from Sweden and Finland creates or eliminates about $180 million of imports and 3,000 jobs.

We stand ready to negotiate an honest, fair and just resolution of this situation. We believe this situation can be fairly and justly resolved in a “New York minute” whenever TeliaSonera, Sweden and Finland choose to show respect for our team, respect for our contributions to their economy and communities and respect for the form and substance of applicable legal, moral, and ethical standards.
